MT\MUSIC FESTIVAL 2.0 (Feat. Two Dogs, The Culprits & Special Bonus Entertainment!)

The Details:

  • DATE: Sunday December 18th
  • TIME: 12pm to 7pm
  • AGES: All ages welcome
  • TICKETS: $25 Adults [+ booking fee]. Cover charge applies to bands and kids activities only. Kids are free.
  • BONUS SHOW: Free to watch the ‘Special Bonus Entertainment’, however donations are accepted at end of show.

The Agenda:

  • TWO DOGS: 12pm-3pm
  • THE CULPRITS: 3.30pm-6.30pm
  • KIDS PETTING ZOO: 12pm-3pm
  • BONUS: AUSSIE BANTER WHIP CRACKING SHOW Pass the Hat Gig from Guinness world record holder Nathan “Whippy” Griggs. Starts at 1pm, all welcome, fun atmosphere, merchandise available. Nathan passes his hat for a crust!

Food & Beverages:

  • Any tickets purchased WILL NEED to make a reservation if wanting to dine-in for dinner only (lunch reservations sold out!).
  • All reservations will be available on the deck, main bar, sports bar, or bistro. Beer garden and MT/Yard will not be available to book due to overcrowding safety.
  • MT\YARD & BEER GARDEN BARS OPEN ALL DAY Serving all your favourite cold beverages.
  • Limited seating available, bar tables & standing room only.
  • Container bar and function bar will be open for the public.

Bus Information:

We have set locations and times organised for return transport to the Mt\Music Fest. Cost will be $10 PER PERSON with the minimum of 6 passengers.

Locations and Times:

  • Waurn Ponds Pub – Pickup 11:30am , Return 5:30pm
  • Winchelsea Café La Hoot – Pickup 12:15pm, Return 6:30pm
  • Moriac General Store – Pickup12:45pm, Return 7:30pm

Bus Bookings will cut off 12th December, so make sure you grab your seats early! Payments must be made upon booking to secure your spot.

How long can we stay for live music?
As long as you can dance!

If I reserve a table for lunch will it be under my name for the entire day?
Unfortunately no, tables will only be reserved for 2 and a half hours for lunch to ensure we can turn over as many tables as we can since our beer garden and MT/yard won’t be available for meals.

When can I purchase a ticket?
Tickets will be available from August 3rd – December 12th, 2022 (unless sold out before the end date).

Can I buy a ticket at the hotel or over the phone?
All tickets can be purchased online where you can also find all information regarding the event. Tickets will not be available to purchase over the phone or in house.

How do the tickets work?
Once you purchase your ticket/s you will receive a online ticket which you can also print out. On the day you will be asked for your ticket and then given a wrist band and free drinks card.

Do I need to purchase a ticket or is it free entry?
Yes and no…Mr.Whippy is free to watch as advertised, however, if you would like to listen to the bands you will need to purchase a ticket to access this area. Security will be present checking tickets and giving wrist bands to those who purchased a ticket.

How do I purchase a ticket?
All tickets for adults are to be purchased online, kids are free.

Can I book a table in the entertainment areas?
No, due to overcrowding restrictions no reservations will be made in our beer garden or MT/YARDS. Reservations can be made indoors and on our front deck.

Can I bring along my dog?
Yes, Pets are more than welcome! But please be aware that this day is going to be loud, with live music and whip cracks.

Should I purchase my tickets now or can I purchase them closer to the date?
We suggest purchasing tickets and reserving your table (if eating) as early as possible as we do have limited tickets available !

Where will Mr.Whippy be?
We are still confirming his location at our venue, keep an eye out on our socials for this to be confirmed.

Is the bus running?
Yes, the bus will be running with designated pick up and drop off locations and times. This also will be confirmed closer to the date via social media and our website. A bus fee will be charged of $10 a head also.
