Mount Fest Weekend Success

We would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who attended our Mt/Music Fest 2.0 & Whip Cracking Show this past weekend!

A special thank you to our amazing staff at The Mount, without your strong team culture and can-do spirit the day would not have been possible.

We were pleasantly overwhelmed with the amount of people who came out to our pub. Every single one of you made the day feel extraordinary and unforgettable, not only for us, but the entertainers too!

The Locals

Thank you also goes out to our local support network, from giving advice from the beginning to helping with the days set-up, we truly appreciate all the effort and our pub wouldn’t be complete without you.

We would like to personally thank the legendary Hamish Heather, Sam Palmer, Julian Abraham, and Kayla Taylor for coming out early in the morning to assist us with setting up the hay bale seating arena in preparation for the Whip Cracking Show.

Ben Worpel, thank you for smoothing out our car park for us at the last minute. We appreciate your hard work and early hours.

We are grateful for Tamiko’s incredible photography skills and ability to capture some amazing footage of the Mount Fest and Whip Cracking Show. We love that we can relive the electric atmosphere and see everyone enjoying the day through your photos.

The Entertainment

Thank you to the bands Two Dogs and The Culprits for not only providing some awesome live music, but giving us a bonus show with the two bands playing together for the FIRST time! What a way to end the gig!

To Nathan Griggs, The Whip Cracking King, thank you for putting on another great show at our pub! It was easily the biggest crowd we’ve amassed for your events from over the years, and we hope to have you back again soon!

To the girls at Fun Farm 2 U, the kids loved having cuddles with all the farm animals and we anticipate we will be inviting you back for future family days at The Mount. You guys are the best!

Thank you to the team of professionals from Regional Security Services Australia for helping keep everything sailing smoothly today.

Thank you to Sarah Pritchard from Westcoast Group for her design and marketing skills to promote the absolute hell out of this huge event-packed day.
