The Details:

Bands playing all day, $12 Cocktails 7:30pm-9:30pm, plus more bar specials!

• Date: Saturday May 21st
• Time: 11:30am till Midnight!
• Ages: 18+ ONLY event
• Tickets: $35 Each [+ booking fee]
• Extras: First drink FREE (pot of beer, glass of house wine or soft drink)!
• Merch: FREE mount hat or stubby holder! (T&C’s apply)

The Agenda:

• 12pm-2:30pm: COPY CAT KILLERS
• 3pm-5:30pm: SAXXY BEAST
• 6pm-8:30pm: CULPRITS
• 9pm-close: TWO DOGS

Food & Beverages:

• Any tickets purchases WILL NEED to make a reservation if wanting to dine-in for lunch or dinner.
• All reservations will be available on the deck, main bar, sports bar, or bistro. Beer garden and MT/Yard will not be available to book due to overcrowding safety.
• MT\YARD & BEER GARDEN BARS OPEN ALL DAY Serving all your favourite cold beverages.
• Limited seating available, bar tables & standing room only.
• Container bar and function bar will be open for the public.
• Wanting to grab a feed, RESERVATIONS ESSENTIAL! We won’t be reserving tables or serving meals in our Beer Garden or MT/Yard so make sure you’re reserving a table in either our main bar, sports bar, bistro or deck.

Return Transport:

We have set locations and times organised for return transport to the Mt\Music Fest. Cost will be $10 PER PERSON with the minimum of 6 passengers.

Bus Bookings will cut off May 19th, so make sure you grab your seats early! Payments must be made upon booking to secure your seats.

Q. How long can we stay for live music?

A. As long as you can dance!

Q. If I reserve a table for lunch will it be under my name for the entire day?

A. Unfortunately no, tables will only be reserved for 2 and a half hours for lunch to ensure we can turn over as many tables as we can since our beer garden and MT/yard won’t be available for meals.

Q. When can I purchase a ticket?

A. Tickets will be available from May 1st – May 16th (unless sold out before the end date)

Q. Can I buy a ticket at the hotel or over the phone?

A. All tickets can be purchased online where you can also find all information regarding the event. Tickets will not be available to purchase over the phone or in house.

Q. How do the tickets work?

A. Once you purchase your ticket/s you will receive a online ticket which you can also print out. On the day you will be asked for your ticket and then given a wrist band and free drinks card.
