LUNCH & DINNER RESERVATIONS:

• Tickets do not guarantee you a table. You must make a reservation if you plan to dine in.
• Reservations will be available in the deck, main bar, sports bar, or bistro.
• The beer garden and MT/Yard will not be available for bookings due to crowd safety.

• Waurn Ponds Hotel: Pickup 11:45am | Return 5:30pm
• Moriac General Store: Pickup 12:15pm | Return 11:00pm
• Belmont Hotel: Pickup 3:00pm | Return 10:30pm

Pricing:

• Moriac: $5 pickup or drop-off only | $10 return
• Belmont & Waurn Ponds: $10 pickup or drop-off only | $15 return

Bus bookings close Tuesday 17 February.
Payments must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot.
No refunds. Bus bookings cannot be made over the phone.

How long can we stay for live music?
As long as you can dance!

If I reserve a table for lunch will it be under my name for the entire day?
Unfortunately no, tables will only be reserved for 1 and a half hours for lunch to ensure we can turn over as many tables as we can since our beer garden and MT/yard won’t be available for meals.

When can I purchase a ticket?
Tickets are available Friday 5 December – Tuesday 17 February (unless sold out prior).

Can I buy a ticket at the hotel or over the phone?
No. Tickets must be purchased online only, where all event details are available

How do the tickets work?
Once purchased, you will receive an online ticket (printable if preferred).
On arrival, you’ll show your ticket and receive a wristband.

Can I book a table in the entertainment areas?
No, due to overcrowding restrictions no reservations will be made in our beer garden or MT/YARDS. Reservations can be made indoors and on our front deck.

Should I purchase my tickets now or can I purchase them closer to the date?
We suggest purchasing tickets and reserving your table (if eating) as early as possible as we do have limited tickets available !
